When I play in tournaments, I try to only join ones with 50 or less people. That way I have a small chance of placing in the top 3. Am I the only one not playing in the Winter Marathon? Am I also the only one who just plays in small tournaments?
Well IF there are 20,000 registered players on Lichess and 300 playing in the marathon, that's 19,700 not playing in the marathon. I am not playing in the Marathon. So, no, you are not the only player not playing in the marathon.
Uh no there's a 2000 people on the marathon, and There's surely more people than that on lichess. In fact, there's a 300 in the Eastern Classical arena right now. So you're not the only one.
