@hitsujyun If you want to exchange queens early, then this one is pretty good:
1) Four Knights Scotch (line with exd5-Bd3- 0-0 -Bg5-Qf3-Bxf6)
2) Caro 2.Nf3 d5 3.d3
3) Exchange French 3.Nf3 Nf6 4.Bd3 Bd6 5.Qe2+
4) Sicilian 2.Be2 (the plan is f4-Nf3- 0-0 - d3-c3-Kh1-Be3-Nd2-d4) and you always want to play d3 against d5
