add author/date of a subject

In the list of subjects of a forum, could we have the name of the authour of a subject below the subject iteself ?
Including the date of creation would be nice too.
I've seen other forum software do that and I actually think it's bad UI. It's a relic of mailing lists that doesn't make sense in a flat (as opposed to threaded) conversation scheme.

So I must say no, I think this feature would not be desirable and actually lessen the user experience.
Immediate attribution will allow us to avoid topic trolls. (However, I don't agree with doing this just to fill empty spaces.)

I was mildly wondering what was odd about the listings. Hmm, so it was missing *that*.

Forum systems tend to be unwieldy no matter how they get implemented so I'm okay with either (the suggestion or current layout).
Oh never mind, I misread it, I thought you meant 'allow any post to have a subject line', like in SMF or phpBB. Which IMO is a bad idea.

I also don't agree with having markers for the original poster. It feels against the purpose of a public forum, which is to include people on an equal level.

Likewise, I'm opposed to the idea of indicators next to moderators' names because it shuts out conversation. If mods are to have identification like that, it should be optional, only for when we represent lichess as a whole.
Thanks for replies.
It's possible my suggestion was just curiosity but I thought it would help me find some posts (based on memory).
maybe there are other better ways than memorise by who and when it was created as additional information (sometimes threads names are similar and confusing).

and what about display the date of creation only ?
it can be interesting to see if a thread is 1y/o or only 2 days (helps notice undigged threads for instance)
#8, we already have that http://i.imgur.com/NHetKdl.png

If you're talking about the forum search feature, the whole thing needs to be scrapped and rewritten. Needs much more work than just being able to search by date. :)
I meant date of first post, not last.
And I don't use search feature, but I should :)
