Time wins

Ok. There are some people i see here that trying to win on time. I'm not against it on bullet games or when opponents time remaining has a big difference with yours. i think in obvious situations trying to win on time is ridicilus. Let me tell some examples. Let's consider one of my latest games. We have opposite color bishops and one pawn each which are at the squares of missing bishops for both. we have about one minutes on time and i offered draw. he/she insitantly try to play for time as we can premove on lichess it means maybe more than 100 moves on remaining 50 seconds. i really find it ridicilus while none of us can capture pawn and resinged. i think a real chess player in this circumstances should accept the draw instead of trying to win 50 move rule. it's theoritically obvious draw as opposite color bishops. i don't know. what are your thoughts on subject?

i think in this situations a chess player may accept the draw.
